Clinical Services

• Provide genetic counseling to patients in the preconception, prenatal, fertility, and healthy screening space.

• Review eligibility of gamete donor applicants using ASRM guidelines.

• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert in genetics and genetic counseling.

Program & Product Management

• Develop resources on genetic conditions, inheritance, risk assessment, testing options, and family planning practices.

• Develop scripts and visual content for medical education.

• Create standardized operating procedures, consent forms, pre and post genetic counseling session templates, FAQs, brochures, requisition forms, test reports, and workflows.

• Design and execute research.

• Work with clinical rotation programs for genetic counseling students to optimize the use of a genetic counselor's time, student education, and program relationships.

Communication & Marketing

• Engage with healthcare professionals in the reproductive and genetic counseling fields to foster scientific exchange.

• Provide clinical and scientific support in response to inquiries from healthcare providers, including detailed explanations of testing methodologies, interpretation of results, and discussion of potential clinical implications.

• Participate in relevant professional outreach to increase awareness about genetic conditions and genetic counseling.

• Create accurate and accessible educational materials for patients and clinics.

Community Education & Patient Advocacy

• Plan local community events to promote women's health through collaboration with holistic providers.

• Author content for genetic and fertility-related blog posts.

• Create action plans for family support across a spectrum of needs including intake protocols for newly diagnosed patients and contact registries.

• Build resources libraries to inform and empower affected families and healthcare providers.

• Develop scholarship programs to increase the interest of underrepresented individuals in genetic and genomic careers.
